Charging, Powering, and LED Questions

All our products have one or more LED lights. These LEDs will be on (or blinking) to show that the unit is working.

YES. Most of our products are active generators requiring power. The small pendants use an easily replaceable coin battery which lasts about 6 months. The other products use a lithium rechargeable battery which requires to be periodically recharged.

YES. We recommend that you leave the power switch in ON position when charging.

That depends on each  different model. In the smaller products the battery will last about a week before requiring to be recharged. With the larger products the battery will last about a month before requiring to be recharged. If you see the LED get dimmer (or blinking red in some models), it means it’s time to recharge the unit. Just plug it into a standard USB charger. Recharging can take from 1 to 6 hours. If you want to charge it more often, that is OK too, our high-tech charging electronics prevents overcharging of the batteries. The unit continues to operate while being charged.

The batteries are similar to batteries used in cell phones. It will continue to work for many years. Although after about 3 years, the battery charge will not hold as long and the unit might need to be recharged more often.  The internal battery is not user replaceable. We offer battery replacement services, please inquire for details.

Active and Passive Scalar Products

Unlike cheap mineral based products, ours are all active products. Active products are made with microprocessor programmed circuit boards that are powered by a rechargeable battery or your mains power. The circuit board emit relevant frequencies according to the products intended use and outcomes. This technology is 100 times more powerful than the cheaper, passive mineral based products marketed for the same use.

An Active Product is one that actually generates Scalar Waves with electronic circuits, while a passive product does not contain any electronics and thus does not generate any kind of Waves. Most competitive products are simple passive products which do not have any electronics and don’t generate any real scalar waves and thus produce limited benefits. An active product will always be 10 to 100 times as powerful as a simple passive product in providing beneficial protection. All of our products are active electronic generators and consist of a power source with electronic components with special “Mobius” antennas which generates the Scalar Waves.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. International orders shipping is calculated at check out. Orders are sent standard ground shipping through USPS. You will be sent a tracking number when the order is shipped.

You may place an order using a personal check, bank check or money order. When using a personal check, your order will not go through until the check is processed and the money goes through into our bank account.

If you use a credit card to purchase our products, you can then pay the credit card off over time with multiple payments. We also offer Paypal and Affirm that offer monthly payment plans.

We have an online store only. You can order from our online store any time.

Sorry, but we do not do dropshipping. An order can only be shipped to the verified address on your credit card account.

We sell products internationally very often. Shipping depends on what you order and where you live. We send you a tracking number so you can track the shipment online. It can take from 2-5 weeks for shipments to get to international locations. You will also be responsible for any customs duty fees in your country.

Remember, the 30 days is from the time you receive the products in your hands. If a customer has not felt the positive benefits within 30 days, then they should return the unit for a refund. Please note that the 30 day return policy is firm, and we will not issue refunds after the 30 day period under any circumstances.

Yes we have a 30 day money back guarantee policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive them to try them and if you decide to return them, simply contact us for a return number and ship them back (free gift offers received must also be returned). Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of received the return number.

We have a “no-hassle” return policy for the 30 day evaluation period. All you need to do is contact us for an RMA number and send us back the unit. There is no need to give any reason as to why you are returning it. Questions on Energizer Products

Any type of jewelery can be energized. Although we do find that products made from natural materials retain the energy longer then man-made materials.

Any products you energize, especially man made materials, when energized for 30+ minutes, will keep their energy for about 3-5 months before starting to lose energy. We recommend energizing jewelry overnight for maximum results.

You may energize tea by energizing the tea and water before you make it or after it is made. Whichever way works better for you. We have customers that have had success energizing before making tea but others that like to energize it after making it, while it cools a bit.

General Questions about the products

All our products are designed and manufactured in the USA. They have also been tested in an FCC certified lab.

Yes, all our products come with a 1 year manufacturing warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. We also have an optional extended 5 year warranty.

Not that we are aware of. Please read the “Disclaimer information” for more details. A few users have experienced a strange or uncomfortable feeling during the first few days which is symptomatic of the body adjusting to the effects of the new healing field. We suggest using the new device a few hours at a time until your mind and body are used the new healing energies.
